可以在你所在的项目的 apps 目录下查找是否生成了对应的 DocType，例如

如果缺失了 .py 文件，则会出现以上情况。补全 .py 文件后执行

bench --site yoursite migrate
bench --site yoursite clear-cache
bench restart

然后可以发现，DocType 列表可以正常展示了。（PS. 我在此 DocType 的 Web Form 中上传了一个 Locations.xlsx 文件）
